This Black Rock Pale Ale is a bright, easy-drinking brew with a crisp malt backbone and a balanced hop character. The Ultra Light Liquid Malt keeps it clean and smooth, allowing the 30g of Cascade to bring classic grapefruit, floral, and slight spice notes, while the 15g of Citra adds a touch of tropical fruit and citrus zest. Expect a refreshing, subtly hoppy Pale Ale with a crisp finish and just enough citrusy aroma to keep you coming back for more!

London Express - Classic English Porter
Bold, rich and complex malt character in an unmistakingly English classic.
We brewed this recipe in early winter, and it hit all the right notes — rich, dark, and full of character. A proper pint to settle in with.
This recipe delivers a deep brown pour with a creamy tan head. Layers of chocolate, caramel, and roasted malt create a smooth backbone, balanced by a subtle earthy bitterness from classic English-style hops. The addition of oats rounds out the mouthfeel, giving it a silky texture and lingering finish.
At around 6.2% ABV, it’s bold without being heavy — a classic English porter style that’s just as enjoyable by the fire as it is shared with mates after a long day.
West Coast IPA
Punchy bitterness with hop forward citrus and tropical notes.
Inspired by the bold West Coast IPAs of 1960s San Francisco, expect a punchy bitterness balanced by citrus forward hop flavour, layered with grassy, herbal and tropical fruit notes.
The brew pours with a clean wite head and finishes with a biscuity malt and soft hint of toffee. This Home Brew Republic Recipe Pack includes everyting you need to get fermenting – just add water and get brewing.
Mosaic Pale Ale
Punchy bitterness with hop forward citrus and tropical notes.
The Mosaic Pale Ale is a modern twist on the classic American Pale Ale (APA) and boasts a complex flavour profile with citrus, grassy, herbal and spice notes backed with complex fruit tones like blueberry, mixed berry and floral and earthy flavours.
The moderate bitterness and easy going malt character make this a highly sessionable brew and a very agreeable crowd pleaser.
