Additional Fermentables Required
Dextrose:Â For a cost-effective basics brew use 1KG of Dextrose.
Premium Dextrose:Â To improve body and head retention whilst staying true to a light body and crisp style called for by the Mexican Cerveza use Premium Blend Light
Liquid Malt Extract:Â For optimal head retention, a smooth body and clean malt flavour we would suggest brewing this kit with liquid malt extract. We recomend only using Ultra Light malts which are available in 1.5KG Brick Road Extra Light or 1.7KG Black Rock Ultra Light.

The Mangrove Jacks Dutch Lager does come with style appropriate yeast. Selecting a premium yeast can give you more flexibility when brewing in ambient temperatures and can improve the quality of your final product or support unique flavour characteristics.
Good craft yeast options to consider using are the M54 Lager Yeast or the SafLager S-189.

My favourite out of all the lagers I’ve tried so far , used the mangroves jacks brew enhancer this time and it turned out great. Noticed the difference with using the enhancer , so will be using that again with future brews. Just brought another it was that good.
