Mangrove Jacks Craft Series Brewing Pouches

The Mangrove Jacks craft series brewing pouchs (ingredient packs) are comprised of two compartments. One side is carefully nitrogen flushed and cold filled with delicious, hopped malt (beer) or fruit concentrate (cider) extract which has been specifically selected to match each unique craft brew style. The other side contains instructions, a carefully selected Craft Series Yeast strain tailored to complement the chosen style, and, depending on the kit, a sachet bursting with aromatic dry hops to infuse the brew with an additional layer of flavour and aroma.

Designed with the modern brewer in mind, these pouches offer a hassle-free brewing process without compromising on taste. With easy-to-follow instructions and pre-measured ingredients, brewers can create with confidence, meaning they enjoy brewing just as much as tasting.

Can I re-use the equipment? Yes. Equipment can be re-used to make additional batches of beer or cider.

How much beer or cider do I make in one batch? It does depend on the specific beer or cider kit you are using but generally one brew will make 23litres and will produce 24-28 750ml bottles of finished product. That’s the equivalent of 4-5 dozen 330ml bottles.

How long does it take to make a batch of beer or cider?We generally allow 30-45 minutes to put a brew on which includes cleaning the equipment and mixing the ingredients in the fermenter.
Depending on what you are making, the fermentation process generally takes around 8-14 days. We would allow around 2 hours to bottle your brew.

Your brew will be ready to start drinking around 10-days after bottling.
