Black Rock Unhopped Blonde Liquid Malt Extract provides vital sugars, flavour and aroma to form the perfect base for individual extract brewing recipes. It also allows you to increase alcohol, while giving your beer superior body and mouthfeel.

Brewed with 100% Lager malt for increased fermentability and a drier more attenuated beer. This very pale malt (5 EBC, 3 SRM) is ideal for blonde beers, dry lagers and related styles.
