Still Spirits Classic 6 Turbo Yeast is formulated to produce a clean, neutral spirit with low fermentation odour, even across a wide temperature range. Whether using Turbo Sugar or Dextrose, it delivers excellent yields with smooth, consistent results. Choose the yeast on its own or as part of the Classic 6 Turbo Pack, which includes all core consumables for a high-quality fermentation.

Variation 1: Still Spirits Classic 6 Turbo Yeast (142 g)

Description:
A great choice for distillers who already have Turbo Carbon and Turbo Clear in their supplies. Designed for fermenting 6 kg Turbo Sugar or 7 kg Dextrose into a clean, neutral spirit.

Fermentation Time:

• At 15°C (59°F): 9–10 days

• At 30°C (86°F): 4–5 days

Yields (T500 Reflux Condenser):

• 6 kg Turbo Sugar: ~3.6 L @ 93% ABV

• 7 kg Dextrose: ~3.8 L @ 93% ABV

Instructions:

1. Clean and sanitise all equipment.

2. Prepare 21 L (5.5 US Gal) of water at the correct start temperature.

3. Dissolve sugar completely before adding Turbo Yeast and Turbo Carbon.

Ingredients: Yeast nutrients, dried yeast (yeast, emulsifier (E491)), antifoaming agent, vitamins, trace minerals.

Variation 2: Still Spirits Classic 6 Turbo Pack

Description:
The complete fermentation pack for a 25 L wash, producing approximately 3.6–3.8 L of neutral spirit at 93% ABV. Includes Classic 6 Turbo Yeast, Turbo Carbon, and Turbo Clear.

What’s Included:

• 1 x Classic 6 Turbo Yeast (130 g)

• 1 x Turbo Clear (130 g)

• 1 x Turbo Carbon (130 g)

Fermentation Time & Yields: Same as above.

Instructions:

1. Clean and sanitise all equipment.

2. Prepare 21 L (5.5 US Gal) of water at the correct start temperature.

3. Dissolve sugar completely before adding Turbo Yeast and Turbo Carbon.

4. Turbo Clear Part A: Degas wash, stir in Part A, leave 1 hour.

5. Turbo Clear Part B: Gently pour over the top, do not stir vigorously. Leave 24 hours to clear before siphoning.

• Classic 6 Turbo Yeast: yeast nutrients, dried yeast, antifoaming agent, vitamins, trace minerals.

• Turbo Clear: water, silica solution, acid (malic acid), chitosan (crustaceans), preservative (sodium metabisulphite).

• Turbo Carbon: water, activated carbon, thickener (E415), preservative (sodium metabisulphite).
