All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (which is currently 15% sales tax) If the GST rate changes, we reserve the right to immediately amend our prices accordingly. We reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

Your contract with us will only come into existence when you have fully paid for your order, and we provide confirmation that your order has been accepted. Confirmation will be sent via email to your elected email address.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders will be shipped by Home Brew Republic after order details have been verified and payment has been received. If customers wish to cancel their order, you are requested to contact us by sending an email to brew@homebrewrepublic.co.nz. Requests for cancellation will be considered on a case-by-case basis and Home Brew Republic will exercise its sole discretion in determining whether an order placed through http://www.homebrewrepublic.co.nz may be cancelled.

Exclusion of Negligence

Home Brew Republic is not liable to the buyer in contract or in tort arising out of, or in connection with, or relating to: 

a. the performance of the product;
b. any fact, matter or thing relating to the products; or
c. any error in information supplied to the buyer or a user at or after the date of the purchaser’s or user’s use of the product.

Delivery

Delivery times given on this website are indicative only. Your order will be dispatched from the Home Brew Republic logistics and handing provider provided they have the items to fulfil your order in stock. If they do not, we will endeavour to source your order. We will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times but will try and contact you by phone or email if any late deliveries are anticipated. You understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to withdraw or modify any commitment made for the purchase of products from this website once that commitment has been made for any reason, including without limitation, due to any delay in delivery.

If, however, delivery has not happened after 30 days from the indicative delivery date, the buyer may, at their election, treat the failure to deliver as a terminating contractual event. In such an event we will refund any payment made to it in respect of that particular order.

If we are unable to source the product you require, we will contact you, the buyer, and inform you of the general date of availability. If you, the buyer, are unhappy with that, we will provide a refund of the money paid for that order.

Returns Policy for Website Purchases

We recommend that customers thoroughly inspect goods upon receipt and before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

For goods that are defective, damaged or are incorrect for the order:

If there is any defect in the product on receipt, then we may at our discretion replace or repair the product or provide you with a refund in accordance with the Consumer Garuantees Act (1993). You must notify us within two (2) days of receipt of your order in writing to brew@homebrewrepublic.co.nz, with a photo of the product, the order number and a description of the issue. If we are required to repair or replace the product, we may at our sole discretion ask you to return the product to our warehouse or choose to ask you to dispose of the original product.

In any other case:

We hope you will be happy with your purchase from www.homebrewrepublic.co.nz. If you are not completely satisfied, you must notify us within two (2) days of receipt of your order in writing to brew@homebrewrepublic.co.nz and return your purchase within ten (10) days of the purchase date for a credit or exchange to the same value excluding shipping costs from the original order. Any costs incurred to return the product including packaging and freight are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty, or we have made an error. We cannot guarantee that we will be willing to accept the item for return or exchange if you do not contact us via email.

Once we have received the goods and ascertained that they, and their packaging are still in a condition that they can be resold for full original retail price, you will receive a credit to the user account which the good were purchased through.

There is no return or exchange for sale items, unless faulty.

We will not accept any goods that have been used, altered, damaged, or have their labels removed.

Termination

Your ability to purchase products and services from this website may be terminated at any time by us without notice. All disclaimers and limitations of liability by Home Brew Republic will survive termination. Should you object to any of these terms & conditions, including any subsequent amendments, you must immediately discontinue use of this site.

However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Home Brew Republic itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition, in original packaging, for refund of the purchase price. The cost to return courier these products to us will be at your expense.
