Home Brew Republic Monthly Enter2Win Competition
The competition
Home Brew Republic Enter2Win is a monthly competition where entrants can win one of two Mangrove Jack’s Craft Series Brewing Kits. The competition has a Cider and a Beer Category. Each category is deemed to be a separate competition.
A new competition will begin each calendar month. A calendar month will be counted from 12:00am on the 1st calendar day of any month and conclude at 11:59pm of the final day of each calendar month. The competition will run every month and may be discontinued on the conclusion of any calendar month without notice.
The prizes
The prize is one (1) Mangrove Jack’s Craft Series Brewing Kit for the Beer Category and one (1) Mangrove Jack’s Craft Series Cider Brewing Kit for the Cider Category for each calendar month. A separate winner will be drawn for each category.
Exact kits provided as prizes will be chosen at the discretion of Home Brew Republic based on stock availability and seasonality. No discussion will be entered.
Prizes do not include any additional ingredients that may be required like brewing sugar for fermentation.
Who can enter
The competition is open to users visiting www.homebrewrepublic.co.nz. The competition is only open to visitors who are located in New Zealand and who have not previously entered the competition.
Any entries made that do not meet these requirements will be considered invalid and not eligible for the prize draw.
How visitors enter
Visitors enter the competition by providing their email address and name when a pop-up invitation presents on selected pages of the website like the cider kit category page or the beer kit category page. The entry pop-up will present on 80% page scroll only to visitor who have not previously entered the competition.
Each form submission provides one entry into the category competition the form was submitted for, in the calendar month the entry was submitted.
Conditions of entry
Users who submit an entry for the Enter2Win competition agree that Home Brew Republic Can:
- Publicly name them as the prize winner for the competition category for the specific calendar month of their entry using their first and last name and location of residence like a city, town or region.
- Subscribe the entrant to the Home Brew Republic email communication list for the purpose of sending home brewing related content and special offers. Users may unsubscribe from receiving electronic marketing communications at any time.
How the winner is notified
Monthly winners will be drawn within the first three (3) working days of each month and notified in writing to the email address provided in the entry form, on of before the fifth (5th) working day of the month. Winners must respond to the email by the tenth (10th) working day of the month.
Winners will be announced each month on the Home Brew Republic Facebook page once winners are confirmed.
How the winners receive their prize
Home Brew Republic will dispatch the prize to the winner of each category competition within five working days of receiving a valid New Zealand delivery address.
Prizes will be sent using tracked courier and the winner will be provided with a tracking code. Orders cannot be combined with prizes for distribution.
When a winner forfeits the competition
A winner will be deemed to have forfeited the competition and prize if:
- They do not respond to prize notifications before the tenth (10th) working day of the month, or they are uncontactable using the email address they have provided.
- A valid address to a valid physical delivery location that a courier (selected at the discretion of Home Brew Republic) will accept by the end of the calendar month directly following their entry.
- They are not currently living in New Zealand.
If a winner forfeits a competition prize for that category, the prize will not be redrawn. When a winner cannot be confirmed on the first attempt under these terms and conditions the competition will be deemed to have been cancelled for that calendar month.
