Black Rock Unhopped Light Liquid Malt Extract

Pure Malt Extract provides vital sugars, flavour and aroma to form the perfect base for individual extract brewing recipes. It also allows you to increase alcohol, while giving your beer superior body and mouthfeel.

Unhopped light malt extract is light in colour and smooth in flavour. The concentrated wort is mashed and boiled using 100% NZ lager malt. Ideal to make pale ales, lagers and pilseners.
