Black Rock Whispering Wheat is a golden wheat beer with a fruity flavour. This refreshing, lively beer has been brewed with 52.8% New Zealand wheat and 47.2% pilsner malt. NZ Green Bullet and Pacific Gem hops are added at the boil to provide a moderate bitterness to this concentrated brewery wort.
Includes style appropriate brewing yeast.

For fermentation you will also require 1kg of dextrose or 1.2kg of liquid malt extract. For more body, colour and malt flavour use 1.7kg Ultralight unhopped malt extract instead of sugar.
