I’m a fan of this capper. The lever on this capper allows you to use the power of leverage to easily seal your hand crafted brew.

If you had a permanent ‘bottling’ bench the capper can be screwed down or if you’re like me and bottling in your kitchen can sit on your kitchen bench.

Russell’s brewing tip: If you use the super automatica bench capper on your kitchen bench or any surface you value place a tea towel under it while you are using it to prevent any marking or scratching to the surface. Especially if you are married. You don’t want to have to explain why your beer brewing scratched the bench.
