Still Spirits Turbo Carbon

Still Spirits Turbo Carbon (premium distilling carbon) 140g is specially formulated to work with the Still Spirits Turbo Yeast range, giving you a head start on creating a cleaner, smoother-tasting neutral spirit. Added straight after pitching your yeast, Turbo Carbon’s unique internal pore structure targets and removes impurities that can’t be eliminated by post-distillation filtration alone.

By removing these unwanted compounds early in the fermentation process, Turbo Carbon helps produce a higher-quality wash that distils into a purer, more refined spirit.

For best results, always follow with Still Spirits Turbo Clear after fermentation to remove solids from the wash. Skipping this step can cause impurities trapped in the carbon to be released during boiling, affecting flavour and aroma.

Mixing Instructions:

1. Before opening, massage the sachet to ensure the carbon is lump free.

2. Add Turbo Carbon immediately after adding your choice of Turbo Yeast.

3. Stir well to disperse evenly through the wash.

IMPORTANT: Always use Turbo Clear after fermentation with Turbo Carbon.
